Hello. My dog has just started (since yesterday night) to experience diarrhea. She strains to get it out and not much ever does except a couple mucus-like strings. Occasionally, it will be bloody but I'm not sure if that's because she's developing hemorrhoids? I know I shouldn't have a pet if I can't take them to the vet, but as of right now, my finances are tight. Are there ANY home remedies I can try first while I gather enough money to take her? Please. Any advice or tips would help. Some information on her: nine year old shin tzu who doesn't have any other medical problems that are known to date. She still eats and drinks water and acts as normal.
