Stopping myself from being paranoid over the oncoming death of my aging budgies?

I never had a pet when I was little, and, 5 years ago, got myself two beautiful budgies. I let them out to fly, fetch them fresh eucalyptus leaves, and honestly can't imagine the house without their noise. And then, today my friend says "how old are they, 5?".

And my mind went into overdrive. I'm paranoid, checking signs of their health, emotionaly wrecked. They only have a 5-10 year life expectancy! What if one of them dies and the others all alone! The house will become so quit! I'll have to bury them! Have I taken good enough care of them? What if they could've lived longer and this is all my fault! What if they weren't happy?

Any advice to please my mind? I'm so worried I'm literally tearing up typing this.
