Stray kitten advice?

My fiancé brought home a tiny kitten today that hitched a ride under a coworkers car at work. She’s really scared and can’t be more than maybe 10 weeks old.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a cat this young around and I’m pregnant so crawling/laying on the floor to try and gain its trust is no easy feat.

I have it isolated in a quiet room with a covered cat box, litter box, food, water, and toys to try to acclimate it but I don’t think it’s come out of the box once.

I’m torn on if I should give it time and stop going in there with it every now and then or just set up camp with it and hope it gets used to my presence.

Any and all advice would be much appreciated!
