We have 2 cats that we both got from the same litter about 10 months ago. Both are very affectionate, but one got used to us faster than the other. She was very cuddly and sleeping in my bed the next day after we got them, and the other one wasn't not cuddly, but also didn't trust us that much yet. She'd let you pet her, but would walk away as soon as she's had enough and I'm pretty sure she mostly trusts me out of everyone in the house. She follows me around, meows when she can't find me and likes being pet but mostly by me.
Recently, that's kind of changed. Over the last few weeks she's gotten more affectionate and not in a way that would make us wonder if something is wrong, she's the same as she was before, just a lot cuddlier. She keeps jumping onto my bed when I'm in it and and kneads. She used to do that before too, but rarely, now she does it a lot more. Last night, when I went to bed she jumped onto my bed and fell asleep in it which surprised me because she's NEVER done that, it's usually the other one that sleeps with me.
My question is, does that mean she's finally gotten used to us? It doesn't sound like something that could indicate a health problem, as I said, she's not acting that different than usual except that.
