Finding a new home

*not trying to get anyone here to take my pets, looking for website recommendations

I desperately need help finding a family that can take in my 2 elderly cats. I am living at home with my mother and we had just moved from my childhood home of 18 years. My mother wanted to rehome the cats because they were peeing on stuff and didn’t want them in the house. I refused as I had had them for 14 years and didn’t want to just “throw them out”. I made the selfish decision to have them be outdoor cats so that I could at least keep them. It has been months now and it is colder at night, so recently they have moved into my SO’s attic (it is a finished room with windows and stuff not a dungeon and pretty big). But I still don’t have enough time to go up there and spend with them. They have been moving around so much in the past six months so they are confused and don’t really know where they are. I love them to pieces but I want them to be able to roam around freely, just do whatever they want. I really want to find them a beautiful home, and people with beautiful hearts that will take in elderly cats and give them the love they deserve. I wanted to know if anyone had recommendations for adoption websites, ones that are trustworthy and can provide good families? I have two pet profiles on one website but everyone that has contacted me I know will not be a good fit. It’s really hard to trust people taking in your pets when you don’t know them, so having a platform that people know about and trust would be extremely helpful to me. Thank you
