Our precious puppy was diagnosed with a very rare form of kidney failure due to Lyme Disease complications. The prognosis is terrible (days to weeks) and our hearts are shattered, but I have heard that there are alternative forms of treatment that mainstream doctors are not aware of, or simply do not practice. The doctors we have are essentially saying there is nothing they can do to help if it ends up truly being chronic Lyme.
Does ANYONE know ANYTHING about Lyme Treatment for dogs? She is a 5 year old Papillon, and has essentially been in perfect health until mid day yesterday.
