Ever since I started letting my cat outside, my neighbor has been complaining about him being in her yard, especially when she's feeding birds out of her several bird feeders. She also has put him in "time out" when he's there for too long. That means she puts him and a cat carrier and calls me or my mom to pick him up. We've been keeping him mostly indoor because of this and, we've tried to make sure that the fence is not easily crossed. He is very energetic and I'm worried he's not getting the exercise he needs indoors. Do yall have any ideas for a solution? We've been trying to brainstorm some ourselves.
