He's only a pound and some change, and the county is saying to bring him back at 3lbs for getting fixed and the rabies shot. Considering I have gotten little scratches and I'm naturally an anxious person, is the rabies thing right?
Also, he's got conjunctivitis, so we've been giving him eye medication twice daily. Anything else we should be doing for him?
