Nearly two years ago, Sabrina was getting some strange growths. She was quite below the avarage age Guinea Pigs get around that time, but when taken to a vet for diagnosis, all they could say was to love her the most we could for the coming month. She wasn't suffering, but her growth and condition was incurable.
She did not know how to give up. Albeit her condition, she outlived the vet's given expected life time not just by a few weeks, no she lives nearly two YEARS above that until she reached a point of passing from old age.
Yes, she is no longer alive, but no, this is not a notice of her passing nor a memoriam. This is a message to many pet owners. You may come into occasions where your pet gets diagnosed with a condition they will not likely survive. But their death is not necessarily declared into stone.
Love them for as long as you can. As long they don't suffer and can live life into the fullest until they come to pass from old age. Don't let a condition they have hinder your love for them, because they WILL always love you just as much too. You're not their owner, you're their friend, and they need and want you in their life just as much.
