i have a foster kitten who will be going to live with my friends and their two adult cats in about a month. i asked what the adult cats are eating and what they want to feed the kitten, so i could begin transitioning her food while she's in my care. the food brand they told me is... not great. they're open to changing it. i'd like to present them with a few options, but i've been out of the cat loop for many years.
what do you all suggest that is:
- hill's, royal canin, iams, euaknuba, or purina.
- dry food.
- NOT grain-free.
- ideally available at petco.
