My 4 month old Australian Shepherd hit his head on the floor

My 4 month old Australian Shepherd hit his head in the floor and I’m not sure if he’s okay or not. I was playing with him earlier and was trying to back away because he was biting me, and I accidentally flipped him over and he hit his head REALLY HARD on the vinyl floor. I’m really concerned cause he screamed really loudly, and idk if he’s going to be okay or not :(
