Sorry if this is startling but 12 dogs have been poisoned in my general neighborhood with rat poisoning (like a 2 or 3 mile radius/decent sized city). One of them was my dog. The police are aware. But I feel like the person/people will never get caught.
Has anyone heard of this before? Any ideas how or if people ever get caught for doing this? It's really been on my mind and I can't shake it.
