-We already have a dog, three cats, and a few hens
-I'm looking for something new (I had degus, a hedgehog, hamsters, parakeets, fish)
-I preferably want something that would sit on my lap for longer periods of time, or could roam our room without pooing everywhere (of course with cats and dog out, but if they'd get along, that'd be a huge bonus)
-I am willing to spend quite a bit on buying it, and a bit more on food, but not hundreds
-I go to school, and have some afternoon plans somedays, but not everyday, so I could give it my full attention a few days a week.
-I don't have any alergies and don't mind reptiles and insects
-I can change it's bedding every week, but if the animal smells, I wouldn't be allowed to keep it
-Bonus if the animal can be trained, petted, taken outside (under supervision), and shows affection
-(by the way, I'm a cat person if it helps)
-(I have already considered a ferret and a rabbit, but I heard they smell and aren't very clean)
