My neighbors have between 5 and 9 large dogs. They foster so 5 are permanent and the others come and go. Their fenced in back yard meets my back door and deck with around 20 yards in between.
The problem: the dogs bark non stop when they are outside. If I step outside, they will stand by the fence and bark. If I take my dog out, they bark and growl and jump at the fence. The owners do nothing. I’ve tried talking to them, but get nothing. (The other neighbors have tried too). I’ve even tried walking to the fence to “make nice” with the dogs, they aren’t having it.
I’ve lost all use of my outdoor space and I’m upset about it. Last summer, I wasn’t able to be out at all and I’m dreading this summer.
Any ideas??
