My 2 dogs are kept in the garage because my parents don't want them ruining the already nasty carpet. I love my dogs but they deserves better than living in a garage their whole life. My parents say it's because we are short on money that we can't pay for a fence, or they don't have enough time to potty train them. I've talked/begged my parents to at least get a fence for them so they can run and have fun but my dad says that he will and he never does. I don't know what to do, sometimes my brother "forgets" to walk one of the dogs and I'm getting really stressed out about it. I'm tempted to call animal control or something but my mom said that since my dog is so skidish that they would probably have to put her down but I call bull. I love my dogs so much but I'm not sure what's best for them. Please, if anyone has any advice it would be really appreciated.
