Am I being am overbearing dog mom? Advice needed

History: I adopted my dog in March 2017 and pretty quickly noticed that something was terribly wrong with her hind legs. After a lot of research, I figured out that it was luxating patellas (dislocation of the kneecap). We found an orthopedic vet in our city and consulted them, and they did x-rays to confirm a grade 3 (1 being best, 4 being worst) luxating patella on her left leg and a grade 2 LP on her right leg. In June 2018 she had her first corrective surgery on her left leg, tore her meniscus during recovery, and needed the pin removed 4 months post-op. Then early 2019 we noticed her right leg had progressed to a grade 3, so she had surgery on her right knee in April 2019 and then another pin removal two months post-op.

She just turned 3 years old in January and I've been so, so grateful that her knees are doing well and she has been able to run and play better than she could before surgery. Recently, though, I've noticed her knee making a similar popping noise like it used to before surgery. It isn't often (her knees used to be dislocated more often than they were correct), but her right leg seems to dislocate once a week and her left leg once a month or so. I am terrified that something is wrong, but every appointment we've had over the last few months (for vaccines, annual check-ups, etc.) has been completely normal and the vet says they wouldn't even be able to manually dislocate her knee.

I'm trying to stay calm, because I know her surgeries were successful and that the failure rate of her type of surgery after the recovery period is quite low, but I'm panicking that something went wrong or that something is wrong with her hips or something else now and I'm just attributing it to her wonky knees. Also, I'll be moving out of state in the next few months and will have to find a new vet for her, so I'm not sure if I should have my current vet take x-rays and all that when the new vet would most likely want to run the same tests on her (I'm not sure how easy or difficult it will be for us to transfer her records).

I don't want to bring her to the vet for no good reason (due to her surgery history, my dog is extremely anxious at the vet) but I also don't want to push it off if something is wrong. Also, my family is saying that she's fine and that I'm just worrying over nothing, but I can't shake the feeling that something is wrong. I was the person who figured out her diagnosis, who learned everything about her condition and surgery, who took care of her 24/7 after each surgery, and I have a gut feeling that something is wrong again. Am I being paranoid?

TLDR: my dog has had 4 surgeries to treat a knee condition and I'm afraid that it's recurring and don't know what to do.
