Anxious about leaving my dog with my parents

I’m leaving for a two week vacation in March and my parents have agreed to watch my partner and I’s Boston Terrier. The dog is perfectly sweet and my parents love her and have watched her before for a few days without issue.

The complicating factor here is that they don’t have a fenced-in yard and have two other dogs that use an electric fence and have no issue running in and out of the house. Our Boston will bolt if not outside on a leash.

My elderly grandmother will also be visiting while the dog is there, and I just have this horrible and likely irrational feeling that while I’m gone someone will accidentally leave a door open or let the other dogs out and she’ll just be gone. They live in a rural area and I just don’t want to think about what could happen if she gets out. It’s stressing me out as I prepare for what should be a nice vacation.

TLDR I’m worried about my dog escaping from my parent’s house while I’m gone. Any tips to quickly train a dog to stop while running and not bolt from an open door? Am I being irrational here? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
