So my brother brought home a cockatiel for roughly a year now and everything seemed to be fine. However, recently we've been noticing that late at night he would perch himself on top of his cage and not go to sleep. I've seen him awake at all hours of the night, and am wondering if there is something wrong with him? My brother is out a lot due to his work, and he has the closest bond with the cockatiel, so is it possibly separation anxiety? Any advice is appreciated.
