Basically there’s this cat that goes around our neibourhood and every time he stops at my house I pet him and cuddle him (I don’t know the owner personally but they live a few doors down from me) my friend then said, you shouldn’t touch him, what if he’s got fleas? At this point I became really paranoid.
I read online that you can identify flea dirt from originate dirt by putting it in water, it should apparently dissolve and turn the water red/brown. So I took a few specs of dirt from the bottom of my socks and put them in a small bit of water. To my absolute horror one of the pieces started to dissolve and let off that reddish colour in the water.
What the hell do I do?? Please help!!
