Unfortunately last week we had to take out cat to the emergency vet. Long story short he had crystals in his bladder and had a complete blockage. He is home now but they put a lot of emphasis on changing his diet to strictly being Urinary C/D. We are currently giving him The Hills science but it's rather expensive. Mind you, we are willing to do what we have to for him but does anyone know where we might be able to get these prescribed diet foods for cheaper than a vet themselves? I am in Canada so bonus if it's in Canada but if it's a place that can at least ship here I would look into it.
Any information people might have on this would be appreciated. Also if you have had this happen to your cat and have anything to share I would love to hear about it.
