Hi, I’m looking for pet recommendations because I’m finding it incredibly hard to find one.
I’d like a pet that I can cuddle, even if it takes a long time to train it. I can’t have a cat because my best friend is severely allergic. I can’t have birds because they make it hard for me to breathe, same goes for bunnies. A dog is unfortunately not an option due to unpredictable school times (I go to university). Surely there are more pets that exist but I’d like to get your opinion on it. What worked for you? What’s a surprisingly fun animal to have?
I’d like a rescue pet but besides dogs and cats, there barely ever are any available. I have the funds and a know a good vet. Also have transport (the animal can at max be the size of a cat so it can fit in the basket that I can put on my bicycle - yes, a special basket not a random one).
Please help me out, I’m very eager to have a furry friend to love 😊
Edit: oh and I have a big yard, my own house and live in a quiet neighbourhood filled with pets. No busy roads around. My yard is fenced in and still needs to be landscaped so I can match it for the pets needs.
