I know y’all are gonna say no but my family and I are going on a...9 day skiing trip, our cat which we got literally not even a year ago (last august) is, according to my parents, gonna be staying in our basement for that time so he doesn’t turn the couch to fluffing. How do I convince them otherwise because I’m afraid for my cats mental health especially since he’s so young. And if it’s ok, why?
Also it’s our only cat.
