I was doing some online math a few miniutes ago when my grey kitten, Serena, came by and cuddled up near me. I didn't really do anything for a bit besides iddly pet her as I did my math, but I soon noticed that her breathing was a bit odd, it was loud and sounded troubled, soon she layed down completey and didn't move. I got concered at this point and prodded her a bit to see if she would move, no such luck. Now really scared, I picked her up, by her belly as usual, and she was completely limp. Now, at this point, I was nearly panicking and I brough her to my mom to see if she was in danger. At this point Serena simply hopped out of my arms and started walking around normally. My mom said she might have been sleeping (explaining the breathing: She was snoring, and why she was limp when I picked her up) but I wanted to make sure. So, is there a problem or did I just overreact to my kitty trying to take a nap by me?
Edit: forgot to mention that once I started hurrying out of my room with her (cause I was panicking that she might be hurt) Serena jolted up in my arms and grabbed on to me.
