He turned 4 months old, and eats Instinct Raw Kitten kibble. For about 3 weeks not including this last one, I gave him a can of Wellness CORE kitten (3oz). Afterwards, his poops were softer and SUPER stinky and he dry heaved twice. He also had a soft poop that got stuck to his bum which he then proceeded to slide across the floors....anyways, I stopped the wet food as per vet advice until I could go in to see the vet. Then last Saturday, he threw up! Twice!! The vet (who I saw the following Tuesday) said not to worry and to just experiment with the wet food.
I want to give him wet food once a week as a treat and as added moisture content (he actually drinks a healthy amount of water bc he loves his fountain). I bought 4 cans of Instinct Kitten Wet Food, but how should I introduce him to it? Half a can twice a week? A spoon a day? Pls help...
