I just moved into a no-pets building. I went through a bad breakup and had to move out quick and couldn't find an affordable, cat-friendly place fast enough (Los Angeles).
I really, really, really miss my cats. I mean holy fuck. I want to get an ESA letter for them because I'm pretty sure I would qualify due to GAD/OCD/depression that they genuinely do help with, but I kind of want to know if I could get away with sneaking them in.
...Except my landlord lives below me.
Tl;dr Can you hear cats in the apartment above you?
