I just got my cat Tubby on Saturday I was told he was an outdoor cat a little bit but didn't really care for the outdoors. He also lived with 3 other cats, but now that he is at my apartment and the only cat he just keeps meowing and meowing. I'll even pet him and he'll just meow. Is he meowing because he's lonely and wants outside? Is it just because he's not use to me / the environment yet? I'm just not sure what to do because he's keeping me up and I don't want the neighbors to complain.
