People Food - Not my Dog

Long time pet lover here, living arrangements not allowing to be a pet owner yet. :(

I follow a local high profile entrepreneur that I have met a few times in my home town and she recently lost her Boxer to cancer. This dog had an amazing life... full out planned birthday parties that one might throw for a toddler, hiking every weekend and loving dog mom. This woman got a blonde Frenchie a few months before her boxer died and this dog is spoiled. But ever since her boxer died I have noticed, every time I see her post dog content she is feeding her Frenchie human food. Green Smoothies (avocado, marine-based collagen, matcha, green grapes, all manner of citrus, yoghurt), the dogs own plate of PB&J white toast or avocado toast, restaurant food(stirfry, fired rice, MacDonalds Bacon Cheeseburgers, Shrimp spring rolls all chock-full of onions and garlic I'm sure) Which she also fed to her Boxer when he was still alive I can't help think all of this human food could have contributed to her dogs illness but get high-key stressed out that by doing this she puts her puppy in a situation where this could happen again and it makes me angry and so sad.

My Step-mother has also been feeding our family dogs, made for human beef stock with their kibble that has a shit ton of salt and spices and also whipped cream most mornings. Should I say something? I love all animals and I can't help them all but what if they don't know they shouldn't be feeding their dog these things? Example; you are in a new city or visiting somewhere and you are idling your car in a parking spot but don't know the city has an anti-idling by-law would you want someone to tell you before you get ticketed or have them walk right on by?
