Just found out my cat has acne on her chin. I want to start treating it immediately since she's super itchy there and I don't want her to get an infection from scratching. Problem is, the only wipes I've found specific for cat acne are on chewy and it will take a few days to ship here. Is there something else I could go out and buy right now that'll be just as effective? Or something that will work temporarily until I get the ones from chewy?
