The vet tech trimmed my 2 month old kitten's claw, but accidentally cut the quick. It's honestly not that bad, but I'm worried it could get infected. I called the vet and they said they could put a powder on it, but there isn't that much blood and she doesn't really seem bothered by it. Does the powder only stop bleeding or does it also help prevent an infection?
