SO I just recently moved into my first apartment and I’m ready for a puppy. I have always wanted a tea cup Pomeranian, but I know that breeders and pet stores are bad and mistreat animals. Is there an ethical way to get the dog I want or will I just have to wait and hope I find one in the pound?
