This morning when I left my house, I found a small creature in the drain covered with some shallow waters.. I took it out, wash it, it looks ok, I think it is most probably a cat, I leave it in a small plastic container outside of the house, thinking of what I should do about it and went out to do some business.
It is probably a newborn, I can't see its eyes.
I was thinking of asking on the internet on advice of what to do when I was doing my business outside, maybe I can adopt it or something, I never took care of any pets before, I couldn't even take care of my plant very well, but
when I returned, I saw it was attacked by a big crow.. there's a little hole in his forehead, and bloods all over its face.. I thought it's a goner now.. when I picked it up, it was still alive, breathing, swinging his limbs and crying weakly..
I leave it in the bush covered up with some dry glass and covered it with the plastic container because I don't want it to be attacked by the crow again. and because I think it is probably going to die soon..
If I knew better, I shouldn't have leave it outside like that.. I am fucking stupid, it was my fault.. and then should I have take it to the vet under this condition? could it be perhaps be saved? could I have done anything better than leave it dying in the bush? it's all too late now I think..
I will check on it again later, I am afraid of what I am going to see.. if it died, should I bury it or leave it like that?
I wish I could do better.
Ps. This is my first time posting on reddit, sorry I if I am posting in the wrong place, and please let me know if there's some better place to ask for advices for situation like this, thanks!
