Hi! I just recently introduced another kitten to my home. I introduced them at first, but my other kitten was not having this newcomer when I first introduced them. I kept them separated for the first night given they were hissing and smacking at each other between a barrier. As of yesterday evening, I decided to open the door and let them have more time together.
What confuses me is that they seem to be fine eating/drinking, receiving treats, and even sleeping within a few feet of each other, but most of the day they've been engaged in hissing fights that usually end up with the older kitten pinning/cornering the other, she bites down, he cries out, and they scatter.
I'm not sure what to do here since I don't have a large space to isolate them and they have so much energy that it's difficult for me to give them both some quality alone time with me (human who holds the wand).
