My dog has had a severe issue with itchy skin: specifically on his ribs and chest. We've taken him to the vet multiple times and tried everything from changing his diet to limiting to his outside time (if it was grass). We're pretty much at wits end so if anyone has any advice, however outrageous it may be, please share.
