Cat was diagnosed with Osteochondrodysplasia - cartilage and bone disorder. Please help.

My beloved scottish fold cat was diagnosed with Osteochondrodysplasia - a disease that affects cartilage and bone development. He has pain moving.

Does anyone have experience with this or an idea what I can do to help him ease the pain and hopefully run around more again? At the moment I am exercising with him (exercises that the physiotherapist recommended), and giving him the food supplement ‚Cosequin‘, and the homeopathy pain killer ‚Heel & Traumeel‘. From time to time he gets normal painkillers but they are not a good solution longterm, since they are damaging other areas, so I am really worried - I don’t want to lose him. What else can I do for my cutie to have less pain moving?...

Thank you.
