I have a havenese (small breed) dog and three cats, and I just got a green-cheek conure about a month ago. We have been very careful about introducing our pets to their new sibling, and have reached the point where the dog no longer acts threatening to her in any way. However, the bird approaches the dog and tries to bite his nose, and she chases him when he runs away. I understand that it has still been only a short time, but aside from just giving them more contact, is there anything I could do to make the bird stop attacking the dog. Any advice for training the cats would also be appreciated. Thanks!
