I'm scheduled to pick up a kitten from a friend today, I have a cat who's ~9 and he's slowed down a bit. My current cat is a total bro. Laid back, loves people, loves to cuddle. He's really a once in a lifetime cat.
He's been around other cats in the past. When I first got him he was with his brother, and they were in foster care. Unfortunately his brother passed and so he's been alone for a bit.
I do work long hours twice a week, and I live in a loft apartment. The kitten is ~8 weeks, and my plan is to leave her in an extra large dog crate for the first few weeks when I'm at work, with supervised outings around my cat and playtime.
I just don't know if I'm going to drive everryone insane by trying this.
