Adopting a cat today please help? (first time)

Hello,

She's 2 years old neutered female and she's even declawed (which is horrible who even does this)

I'm going to bring her home and my home is really big... It have 2 floors and I don't know if that's okay for the cat... Should I buy something so she doesn't go downstairs? Or vice versa? Or is it okay for her to climb up and down whenever she wants? Also uhh we are more than 5 people.. How should I introduce her to them? I'm really scared she would get scared or something like that

I don't have food / litter boxes or anything... I have literally no idea what to bring since there's so many stuff and so many options..

I asked the previous owner and he mentioned that's he's using an open box litter box (just a normal plastic box) and clumping litter (which I don't know which one to buy since there's so many types and companies)..

Also about the food.. There's a lot of cheap dry food and wet food is expensive.. (I don't mind paying extra for her health) but how should I even feed her? Precious owner said he put her dry food 24/7 and that's about it..

Should I do the same? What can I do to help her?

I'm really nervous I never had a pet before (had a pet fish but that was years ago)

Any suggestions? Any help? Please... I appreciate everything and anything..
