Hey all, my cat has always been an extremely affectionate cat. He's never bit me hard or scratched me and he frequently licks and scratches me. He's also usually a very vocal cat, but not when he's being pet.
Recently, when he's lying down next to me on the couch or the bed and I pet him, he'll occasionally start meowing repeatedly with really long meows and then stand up, and bite my wrist or hand (again, not hard or anything) and hold on. He also occasionally will follow up the bite with licks, but is there any reason for the change in behavior? Could he be sick/in some kind of pain?
