I have a now 9 month old beagle puppy. One of my major problems is getting him to stop whining/howling all of the time. We started with s pinch or nip behind the ear. For the last few months we have tried straight up ignoring him, as per advice of an animal trainer, but this dog will go on for HOURS, even if we straight up leave the house. I'm at a loss of how to kill this behavior. It has not once been rewarded. Any advice would help please and thank you.
