So, I really want a pet. I’ve had hamsters when I was younger, but I still think of myself as a beginner. I want a pet that’s interactive, adventurous, funny, cute and playful. I can’t get a cat and dog since I’m not allowed to have them. I also need it to be under the budget of 400 for everything. Thanks.
