So my cat is like 5 and he's and indoor and outdoor cat and a few months ago he got a cut on the side of his neck that's kinda like a hole but everytime it heals, he licks it open again. Now there is more than one and they dont really bleed unless he just ripped the scab off. The cuts aren't infected tho. He grooms more than a normal cat should apparently and well they haven't healed and I dont know how to help him and there are no vets in my area. I tried putting vaseline on it when it first happened but he gets it off when I let him out or he rubs up against stuff and it wipes off. I tried to google stuff but that was no use. So does anyone have advice?
