Cat drinking fountain that doesn't get moldy/filled with bacteria or is at least easy to clean?

Almost all reviews I've seen for every fountain I have looked at talk about how the fountains or the filters get moldy/slimy/filled with orange or red film (bacteria?) even with cleaning once a week. And that's because there's so many parts that its hard to clean every nook or cranny. Even for the cattit one everyone suggests, the reviews are filled with pictures of worms in the filters.

I want to get a cat fountain but I don't want him to get sick from all that. And of course I'm willing to clean it as much as necessary but since you have to take them apart every time I would prefer once a week at most.
