I’ve had him a year. He won’t sit on my lap or sleep on my bed. He might rub his head against me but he spends most of his time sleeping at the opposite side of the flat or nearby but not with me. The only time he acts really excited or pleased to see me, or really interact with me, is if there’s food involved. I just feel like a food dispenser to a stranger.
What can I do about this? It’s really depressing me because every single cat I’ve had as a kid has been very loving and I feel like I’m throwing money at this cat and getting nothing back.
