Adopted a shelter cat 3 weeks ago. He’s had several health issues but we’re getting them cleared up. He’s super sweet and doesn’t seem like he’s in pain, but meows all the time. It seems like it’s for attention. Is this normal or should I be concerned? He’s VERY talkative. Been this way the whole time. Might be a dumb question but I’ve always owned quiet kitties.
