Do essential oils evaporate in cleaners?

I am looking to purchase a sink/microwave cleaner that includes citrus essential oils (this one: https://shop.schmidts.com/products/citrus-minerals-cleaning-vinegar-spray) as well as a glass cleaner that includes eucalyptus and mint (this one: https://www.kroger.com/p/simple-truth-organic-eucalyptus-mint-glass-cleaner/0001111087929)

That being said, I have cats, and wouldn't want them exposed to anything toxic. Yet, theoretically, bleach, Lysol (contains benzalkonium chloride which is horribly toxic to cats) and all those commercial cleaners evaporate. Would a cleaner made with essentail oils evaporate as well? If that were the case, would I then be able to use them so as long as I kept the kitties out of the room while cleaning?

Apologies for my consistent asking of these questions - we are in search of new cleaners this week.
