So my family owns a maltipoo. But bc Its my sisters dog, she should be the one to take care of most of the time.....but she doesnt. She bought her dog because it was to help her cope with her depression.
i dont think "paying for her haircuts" is gonna cut it. Everytime there is something wrong with my dog im the ONLY one who notices it. And when i try to report it to my sister, shes always responding with "its probably nothing".
My dog would go crazy rubbing her face all over our couch. While my family members tell her to "calm down and shut up" it seems that im the only one to think that maybe somethings wrong with her. Later we find out she had an ear infection. If i hadnt warned them, she wouldve never gotten treatment.
When my dog has trouble going upstairs and wines, my family members just tell her to shut up. But when i go to check up on her, i find out she has a back problem or theres poo stuck to her butt and has trouble walking up the stairs. She then had to get treatment for her back.
Im so angry at my family for not taking care of this dog right and it aint even mine 🤦🏻. And to add one more thing; weve had this dog for 5 years now and she still shits and pees EVERYWHERE. Im still trying to train her but itshould really be my sister.
When i call her out for being such an irresponsible owner, her excuse is "i never have time". I know owners that are wayyyyy more busy than my sister and still manage to train their dogs.
God!! why did my sister get a dog??
