Hello, a few weeks ago I rescued a mini schnauzer off of the street, and occasionally he'll get stomach problems and not eat the whole day but act normal otherwise. Usually the problem solved itself and I've already taken him to a vet to give him medicine for parasites, but today he hasn't eaten or drunk anything at all again, and keeps eating grass and vomiting white flem. Despite those problems he still runs around and plays with his toys. What could be wrong with him?
