I need advice on what to do about my cat's paw

Symptoms:

Can't walk on paw

Sensitive to touch

Can't kneed

Wimpers, winces, or hisses if I touch it or if she puts too much weight on it

What the vet said:

Nothing was wrong in the X-ray and she didn't act in pain here so heres some medicine have a good day oh yeah and pay me a lot of money.

My cat:

Still in pain, I noticed all her nails are gone (was that the vet) or dod you think that's whats hurting her paw? Maybe she tried to climb a tree and they broke? But it's both paws. Idk what to do. She's a jungle cat and loves to play but now she's hobbling on three legs or not caring and prolonging her hurt. What should I do?
