Hoping to get a kitten in May since that seems when the animal shelter will be filled with kittens. However, I stumbled across a Facebook group, and they have a bunch of kittens and cats that seem cheaper than my nearby animal shelter.
What are the pros and cons of getting them from one or the other?
Also, what should I need to know and buy before I get my little fur baby? I already bought a cat collar, cat toys, and a harness (yes, too early).
P.S. The animal shelter’s fee is around $90 for the kittens which includes being spayed or neutered.
