Hello everyone. I made a post about a week ago about my male cat (6) who had a urinal blockage. The vets gave him something called a catheter, and removed it 2 days later and sent him home. He’s been home for about 5 days, and he’s on a lot of pain meds. However, he’s acting pretty normal, a little out of it, but affectionate as ever. He hates being isolated from our other cat.
However, I’ve noticed that he’s been twitching every couple of seconds. Is this normal so late after he was at the vet? A couple things to note: He’s switched food. He has stitches and has to wear a cone/collar. He’s on a lot of medicine, 2 of them are pain meds out of the total 4.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it something I should be concerned with?
